chionocaulis, (chi)
- Habit:
- Leaves: First pair of leaves retarted.Leaves are more narrow and longer than normal. chi-leaves are 7.0 : 1.5 whereas normal plants show a 6.0 : 2.3 relation. Leaves yellow-green with yellow veins.
- Seedlings:
- Cotyledones: Have yellow-green points.
- Hypocotyl:
- Inflorescence: Stem of inflorescense, stems of flowers and seed capsules are almost white.
- Flowers: Small.
- Upper lip:
- Lower lip:
- Bumps: Bright yellow.
- Seed:
- Roots:
- Remarks: Loss of chlorophyll during flowering. Susceptible to Botrytis. F2 92:33.
