- Habit:
- Leaves: Curled leaves. Edges wavy and rolled inwards. Somewhat weaker green. Veins distinctly visible.
- Seedlings:
- Cotyledones: Wavy and broader than normal cotyledones.

- Flowers: Upper lobe petals shorter than normal, covered with
trichomes, lower lobe petals irregular, petals curled. Gatersleben
stock is double mutant for centroradialis. Flowers dorsoventrally compressed.
