Flowers: Flowers consist almost solely of tubes. Stamens and sometimes carpels visible. Petal lobes missing or highly reduced. Frequently
anther like structures are found at the rim of the corolla tube where
the lower lobes would normally be found. The sepals, stamens and
carpels are normal.
Upper lip: Much reduced.
Lower lip: Much reduced.
Bumps:
Seed: N140 1993.
Roots:
Segregation: F2 27:6
Remarks:fistulata is probalbly identical to the gene
rhinantoides described by Baur. 1924.
