Leaves: The leaf tips are narrower and lighter coloured than normal.

Flowers: Flowers strongly malformed. Middle member of the lower lobe narrow and long, flower narrow, because the petals are curled, frequently several long and thin petaloid filaments at the base of stamens.
Upper lip: Upper lip is often short and oblique.
Lower lip: Middle lobe is much reduced and very narrow.
Bumps: Bumps are short, narrow and laterally compressed. Yellow and red colour is strong.
